former Filipino passport holder here. what are the specifics on staying beyond 30 days? US passport holder. may we stay 90 days without visa as balikbayans? you have not touched on this matter. please. visited Phil in 2022-23 for 30+ days w/out visa. planning to go again soon. what are my options?

NOW as of July 1st, the new law on coming here, is IN effect! with a new MAX 12 month stay. After 59th day and an buying your ACR card, 1) you can extend next time online thru the BI's e-services, 2) your next extension (for 1 or 2 months) you will have to go in person to extend.... So every 1-2 months, you can do it online, then have to go in person. There is a timeline on their e-services site for the 1 year stay. THANKS CHINA!! all the criminal Chinese and the ongoing POGO scam stuff going on caused ALL of this..... I've already been here 2 of 3 years, as of this upcoming July 9th. Had to go extend in person, once the online site said I didn't qualify this time for online(did it last 2 times online).....No big deal, the Cebu office ,was actually empty, not many people (this Wednesday 10 am)....did my 2 month extension, in & out under 1 hour.... While there waiting, 2 Chinese nationals (men), were trying to extend. BUT they have already been here in the Phil's 8 months !! Without getting ANY extensions. They were being scrutinized on their passports authenticities, and I heard they were from the Whuan Province, in China !! HELLO, Covid's origin hmmmmm Hope they got arrested and deported and black listed.....8 months without extensions is crazy dumb, and I doubt they are actually THAT FKin' stoopid hahaha

Thank you for the information regarding etravel - am going home next month to Philippines and staying for 50 days and Im a US CITIZEN former filipino and im bringing with me my NSO BIRTH CERTIICATE . So, i will not have problems staying for 50 days right. how come there are so many requirements now for a former filipino citizen to visit their native land, as a former filipino are the one supporting our family and helping the philippine economy by sending US DOLLARS.

I have traveled internationally hundreds of times and have never declared anything but I'm not Filipino. If Asian and going into the US with a pile of bags, you are certainly a target for inspection. Funny what people bring, saw some Asians emptying out a box of used pots and pans and canned goods as they were trying to repack their bags to avoid overweight charges.

E travel is a pain to fill out. I've never been asked to present it upon entry. Typical Filipino government nonsense

why so many rules and regulations? i don’t know it is so complicated just coming to philippine. i never have problems going to countries in europe and to other asian countries such as hong kong, china and japan.

What is the requirements for applying a dual citizen,?

I have tried 5 times now to get an account with the e.gov.ph app and have been rejected every time. It keep saying wrong information but I have checked and re checked my info every time and it is all correct. I have even takes several pictures of myself in different lighting as well as the same thing for my passport photos. Why is this happening? Do I even really need this app or can I just do it the slow way at the airport. I have sent them an email and am waiting for a response.
